The following applies for all Youth Attendees (who are not participating), Children, all Parents & Chaperones, & all Fine Arts Coordinators.

- At the Door | 6 years old & older | $10
- Children 5 and under are free to attend
Digital Payment via Brushfire – this year, all payment for Fine Arts will be received digitially as you are registering your student for categories via Brushfire. Please note that Brushfire does charge a small processing fee on top of your student’s registration cost. There is no option to pay for registration in cash or by check this year.
Please make sure on ALL GROUP CATEGORIES that the NAMES OF THE GROUP are spelled EXACTLY THE SAME (capitalization & punctuation included). Also, best practice is NOT to use the church name as the name of the group, instead, use something unique to that entry (example: Song Title or Unique Descriptive Name of Performance)
All Writing & Videos will be submitted digitally by: Thursday, April 9before midnight. Late submissions will not be accepted.The exact link & upload instructions will be shared at stxym.orgunder the Fine Arts tab.
All artwork must be submitted in-person by 10 AM on Friday, April 17 to MercyGate Church. Late submissions will not be accepted. These presentations will still be on display at Fine Arts Festival.
